How do you keep your sheet pan from getting super sticky from non-stick spray? I always use parchment paper but can’t use it when broiling.

In reply to Dayla Rainwater. I haven't tried it personally, but it should work with some adjustments on cooking time. I'd just add the chicken in with the veggies to begin with.

Have you ever used chicken instead of steak? I know cooking times would need to be adjusted, but thought that sounded good, as well!

How done was the steak after 4-5 in each side high broil? I’m a medium rare girl and can’t stand medium well or well done.

In reply to Elizabeth. Broiling doesn't have a temperature setting. If anything, it is only high or low. I recommend high if you have the option.

When you broil it, what temperature should the broiler be on?
