I found this missing flavor. Maybe cooking pasta in chicken broth would help. Also was dry. I think draining tomatoes and green chilies probably not necessary. We added half and half and a little red pepper flakes when reheating the leftovers. They were delicious

Quite good! Maybe not 5, but 4.5, especially with no soup can taste! Took longer to make than I expected. Seasoned and cooked about 4 large chicken tenders in the air fryer, then chopped up. Didn’t change much, just added cayenne and paprika to chicken and sauce. The sauce didn’t really thicken much, but after adding a half-can of drained Rotel and cheese, it was just right. Since I’m watching sodium, avoiding canned soups was a big plus! Had two servings! Might try freezing some of it, makes a lot.

Really delicious! Loved the addition of the bell pepper. I used chicken fillets I sautéed in olive oil with Italian seasoning. Stuck them in the fridge until I was ready to put the casserole together. Super easy. Yummy!!

Really good and relatively easy to make. My wife likes it and said to save the recipe. My only issue, and it is due to my lack of skill, is I need to multiply the prep time by 5.
