I made these with King Arthur GF flour and they came out great. The pumpkin spice wasn’t enough spice for me so I added a little cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Definitely a good recipe.

These muffins were good but not great. They are quite dense and heavy. The streusel topping made them much more tasty. They won’t be very appealing without it.

I made these exactly according to the directions. The streusel topping was great, but the muffins themselves lacked flavor. They weren’t bad, but they also were not something I plan to make again, unless I doubled the spice.

Your recipe calls for use of a hand mixer. Is there a reason why a stand mixer shouldn’t be used? Just curious if there’s a difference in the outcome of the muffins. I’m making these today. They sound delicious, and my grandkids love anything pumpkin!
