Was going to make one-pot spaghetti, but then saw this! The flavor was great. I did find that a pound of pasta might be a bit much and I actually only used 3/4 pound and still a lot of pasta relative to sauce. Next time I will add a layer of ricotta/egg/parm like a lasagna to make it cheesier and add more mozzarella. The cheese on top congeals quickly so serve it right from the oven. DO make your own garlic bread, too! Much better than regular spaghetti and easier to store and reheat, maybe.

My family loved this recipe! I used 24 oz of Marinara sauce and left off the tomato paste mainly because I didn’t have on hand. It turned out great!

Another great recipe! I adjusted a little by adding about 2TBSP of sugar and 1/2tsp red pepper flakes for a smidge of a kick. The sugar balances the acidity of the sauce. If you want a wetter end product, bake for 10min and broil for 5.
