I am delighted to hear this as I have a triple mix of frozen berries:
strawberries, blackberries and blueberries
Did you use them from the freezer or defrosted?

Used frozen berries and it worked out great. Next time I would spread the topping smoker.

Have been baking cobbler for many years and right away noted some unique attributes to this recipe (powdered sugar IN the dough?) so was intrigued. Made it last night with blackberries for a small dinner party and it was outstanding. The crumble of the biscuit topping is so flakey and a little sweet that it was a perfect pairing to the tart berries. Will make again this summer when peaches are in season for sure! Thank you!
