Perfect! Only had almond milk on hand, so added that instead of regular milk. Followed your tip to start baking at 450 then lowering to 350 and it worked!!! Absolutely amazing and delicious!!! Will use this recipe for now on!!

Makes a large amount of batter,filled 6 standard muffins, 16 mini muffins and 1 mini loaf pan from a single recipe. Not too sweet, great base for different toppings or mix-ins. I added chocolate spread as a top swirl.

I made these last night and used almond milk – they turned out great. The tip about starting them out in a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes really worked for getting that nice dome shape. Will make again for sure!

Perfect! The cinnamon sugar on top takes these to the next level of yumminess! I slathered almond butter on a muffin while it was still warm. Delicious!

I always have a few bananas in my freezer so I tried this recipe today. I added the cinnamon to the batter and some chopped pecans. The tops turned out perfect and I rolled them in the cinnamon sugar mix. They were just the right amount of sweet!! I will definitely use this recipe again!!
