As a weekend treat for my wife, I’ve been making her Swedish pancakes one a month since August of this year and posting it on Facebook. Although I’ve made her other things for breakfast such as a Dutch Baby pancake or French toast, this is all she wants! She’s given it five stars every time I’ve made it. My church buddies and co-workers are giving me grief because their wives are wanting their own weekend Swedish treatment. I appreciate how easy they are to make and my skill level improves each time. Thank you for the recipe.

Hands down best crepe recipe. I just pour them much thinner.

Hello Stay at Home Chef,
I made the pancakes this morning. I used my vitamin, speed 1, instead of a hand mixer. My husband absolutely loved them!! Fluffy, melt in the mouth feeling. I found you on Youtube a few months ago for ganache recipes. Your recipes don’t disappoint, always on point, delicious!

They looks delicious. I do make polish pancakes/ nalesniki in a very similar way just no batter and sugar in the mix. I do fill them witth farmer cheese mix (add dry vanilla pudding and sugar). To make them even better you can fry them on butter and top with fruit or jam.
