Love the recipe, delicious and also highly customizable – based on what I had available I used all sausage instead of adding ham, and a diced fresh jalapeno instead of the canned green chilies. Next time I’ll probably cut back slightly on the amount of meat & eggs used as I did end up with quite a lot of leftover filling at the end.
