Made this today. I used sliced jalapeños in a jar that I always have on hand since my husband uses them on his sandwiches. Anyway, I chopped some up and let me tell you. This was gone in no time. I wanted to test it before the holidays. It will definitely make an appearance. Thank you. Love your stuff.

Sounds great; no cilantro-yippee! I think I would substitute some dry corn chips for the Ritz Crackers (Costco Brand).
