While I am not a cilantro fan after it sits overnight the cilantro and jalapeño becomes very mild in flavor. This is a wonderful salsa. Great with chips as a poolside treat

In reply to Cindy. You could probably prep and freeze everything except the tomato, lime juice and cilantro. Just defrost everything else and add those 3 things in when ready to use?
