This was a fabulous soup! It was absolutely delicious. You could barely taste the thyme and the oregano which was excellent. Too much and it overpowers the delicacy of the broccoli. I would have liked it a little thicker because that’s how I like my soups but that doesn’t diminish this recipe!

Most amazing broccoli soup recipe EVER! I’ve tried soooooo many, but this is really a chef’s recipe. It was such a hit at the family gathering. I added one Thai red chilli for a hint of spice- it gave it a good kick! Thanks Rachel!
