I’ve made this rich and flavorful soup several times, usually with rotisserie chicken and half&half. Sometimes I add extra vegetables. Another great mostly-from-scratch recipe from from the SAHC.

It’s so simple but the explosion of flavors is amazing! It’s everything I could want in my chicken soup! I did add some egg noodles bc my kids love them but it would be just as good without!

This was really good, very flavorful & easy to make. I used leftover rotisserie chicken, which cut down on prep time. I also added some mushrooms that needed to be used. Overall, very pleased & will definitely make again. Thank you for sharing!
