I do add a few spuds as more of a filler. I also like adding a TSP of cinnamon to the dutch as well. I for one do a lot of Dutch oven cooking. To me that’s the only way to cook:)

I’d Never Done the Crushed Tortilla chips Part. But I Did This Time . Good Addition I Thought . I Like Chili Really Hearty so I Used 2Lbs Ground Chuck,, A pound and a half almost 2 pounds Top Sirloin steak an also added a can of Black Beans , 3 Fresh Diced Jalapenos and 2 Fresh Diced Habernaro Peppers as Well .
