Thank You for this recipe.Its so delicious.Made two loves.One for me and one for my oldest.We ate mine lol nothing left.Got two more getting ready for baking.Just so quick easy delicious and smells up the house with the herbs.I used fresh herbs and this bread can’t be beat.Thank You again.

What if I use roasted garlic instead of regular garlic? Would it make it better or not? I’ve made it as the calls for, and it’s great as is, but I’m just wondering about roasted garlic.

You’ll have to experiment a little with the baking time because both the increased size and the addition of the dutch oven will impact how long it takes to cook through to the center. Bread is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

I think that would taste good. I used my mixer and it was very easy to make.
