Rather than using raw broccoli, I recommend blanching the broccoli for a minute or two, then shocking it in ice water to stop the cooking. It will be a brighter, prettier green, and I think blanched broccoli tastes so much better than raw!
I’ve made this salad for several years, however I also dice orange, red, and yellow bell peppers into it. A nice variation to do with ham during the holidays is to use either yellow Sultana raisins and dried cranberries or dried cherries as well for the season.
This looks absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to make it using BOTH the Plain and Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurts but am wondering, can the yogurt can be substituted with sour cream?
Thanks much and I love your recipes using them SOOO often at the Seniors Home where I work. They can be picky eaters but have never EVER complained about your recipes.
Keep up the good work ❣️
