This salad is my new Favourite salad made it last weekend. Even with not good peach it was a crowd pleases, just a bit to early for stone fruits here another 6 to 8 weeks. Add 5yrs for my tree to produce. Nectarines would work well in this salad I thankyou.

This was outstanding. Followed the recipe completely completely other than adding some fresh chopped basil to the dressing. Topped the salad with shrimp dusted with Old Bay and sauteed in butter until pink. This was a complete dinner and it was terrific.
