Made this tonight. I just had my right hip replaced so I had to do it in stages. It turned out sooooo good, so tasty. My husband kept saying how good it smelled while cooking. So, leftovers tomorrow night that I know he will enjoy. Thank you so much for this very tasty recipe!!

Oh my goodness,
So delicious. I substituted plain Greek Yogurt and white monk fruit sweetner. Only used a quarter cup monk fruit but tasted intermittently for sweetness. We are not fond of overly sweet foods.
What a refreshing salad. Love. grapes. I’ll be making this at Thanksgiving. Cheers all !

The BEST chocolate cake!! It’s moist, doesn’t crumb too easy, and is very soft!! And the icing is the perfect sweet and creamy! I didn’t let my butter soften enough but was able to save it with extra milk. Everyone at the party raved about how good it was & when I say not a single piece was left, NOT A SINGLE PIECE. I didn’t even get any lol! Plus the one bowl feature, makes it that much better. No mixing the dry into the wet. Definitely recommend substituting the water for coffee for an even richer cake. It’s sooo good!!

Turned out really good, but I did add some flour for my own preference and they were still quite chewy, best of both worlds. Sometimes the normal flour recipe are like rocks after a day or two. I sprinkle sugar on top before baking. So easy and quick!
